Cortland Motel

The family running the motel were gracious and accommodating. I appreciated the clean room and reliable Wi-Fi, which was essential for my work.

The room was functional and big size with double queen beds. The staff were polite and were always there to help. The location was marvellous, right off the thruway, in the industrial area.

We liked comfortable location.

the room was good sized, had coffee and a tv set. the bathroom was newly renovated, it was nice to have a bath. location: the hotel was really close to restaurants and shopping, a light industrial area and fast food places. tried some takeout specials at niagara sub shoppe, luckily it was not too far away from the venue.

The staff stood out . John provided helpful insights about the area, and the owner exuded warmth. The beds suited my wife just fine.

The decor felt dated, reminiscent of the 1950s, which might put off some guests.

Clean and deluxe accom with peaceful location just next door to a light industrial area and restaurants and the Waterworks park. Great-sized and beautifully designed rooms with Coffee maker and microwave, as example, and excellent personnel.

We walked everywhere, the location was peaceful and great, right off the thruway. What's more, it was near fast food places as well as a light industrial area.

I loved the granola from the nearby café-perfect for a quick pick-me-up before hitting the road. Oh, and let's not forget the comfy beds and the friendly staff. Super clean and spacious rooms, too!

We explored the Adventure Center, perfect for family and friends, and caught an outdoor concert at the local park. The staff was friendly, and everything was functional and clean. It's a good choice if you want a simple stay for a budget.

The room was pretty old and small, but honestly, it was just what we needed for our trip.

Poor navigation information caused a frustrating arrival experience!!! The bed placement too close to the wall made access a challenge for single travelers!!! Better room layout could enhance comfort!!!

Clean room, but poor water pressure in the shower was disappointing.

I stayed for a week for business and it was a quiet spot that suited my needs perfectly. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a nice fridge and microwave for convenience. While the bathroom could use a little updating, I was able to easily give the shower curtain a quick clean with some store-bought items. What stood out the most was the friendly staff who were always available to help.

Decent for a Quick Stay

The Beautiful Queen Room had air conditioning, a tv, and a microwave. The room was pretty clean, but the windows behind the curtains needed some cleaning. The bathroom was nicely kept. Located close to interstate 81 made it super convenient. The bed was decent for a night's sleep.

wonderful access to local attractions and park views

I loved being just a short walk from Cinch Art Space and enjoyed exploring the nearby parks , made my weekend of city strolling good.

I enjoyed my stay for 1 night. the fridge and microwave were super convenient. The room was clean and comfy. the toiletry situation could use improvement.
